I filled a complaint telling the person that they don't know the agent that took my payment. We paid extra money for a feature on an electronics upgrade that I was later told is not on my insurance. The person had me wait a long time and did not even relay what I said properly. Ivd found all state very frustrating and might have to go to bbb.
The representative called me back and said nothing regarding the agent that took the payment or what I said. I camt deal with ignorant people much.
