PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with Lakeshore Pearl. I paid them but they still sent me to collections. I never received notice of overdue amounts, and when I did, paid it right away (12/20/2021). I am still dealing with the headache of the mess (collections) they caused in May 2021 because they never notified collections I paid them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Do not underestimate the noise level at this apartment building -- especially if the construction is still ongoing. This apartment complex is like many of the new, "luxury" complexes in Austin. It looks very nice and shiny, but it is not well made. It's off two very busy roads (Riverside and Pleasant Valley), and you can hear to road noise 24/7. The building doesn't seem to be well insulated, and they didn't take any measures to use quality materials (e.g. double-paned windows). Even the fans were cheap and made clicky noises. When I was there, there was also constant construction going on Monday through Saturday during the day. Needless to say, it wasn't a pleasant experience. On the positive side of things, the staff did do a very good job of answering questions, responding to maintenance calls, etc. The amenities (e.g. the computer center, the gym) were also nice. But, for me, it didn't make up for the apartment complex's shortcomings. The rent is also very (very) high, and I don't think living here is worth the cost.

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DUE TO POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I have filed a report with the better business bureau. I paid lakeshore pearl for $ I owed them, but they still sent me to collections. Per their collection company I called, they noted Lakeshore Pearl never provided notice of this payment. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DUE TO POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Moved in yesterday: Even though it’s Day 2, I have to say, I absolutely love it here. I was eager to move out of my last apartment and despite the fact I was looking months before my previous lease ended, the staff at Lakeshore Pearl have been amazing! I was updated when units that fit my criteria became available, and the whole process has been effortless. Molly is a literal angel! She without a doubt cares about the residents here and has been very communicative and informative along the way. The area is amazing - SO MANY DOGS!! The amenities are to die for and the location is perfect for me. I don’t expect my stay here at Lakeshore Pearl to be a short one, and I’m definitely looking forward to my experience here! 110/10 would recommend!
