Marquis at Barton Trails II

Moved in October 2020 and they did a great job of letting us view apartment in person and online. Vanessa is so kind and helpful. Loving the apartment!! Can't wait to start using the beautiful pools. Definitely recommend! We have lived here for almost a full year and have enjoyed it. The neighbors are so sweet. Parking could be improved, some spots are tiny.

Been living here for about a month and it’s been amazing so far! The apartment complex is clean, the office staff are very helpful and nice, maintenance staff is very quick with any maintenance requests, and the move in went very smoothly. No complaints from my husband and I.

I just moved in and all of the office staff members were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The apartment is terrific, the community is beautiful, and I'm very excited to live here! Obviously I can't speak to the experience of residents here long term, but it looks very promising!

This apartment community is so nice!!! I love the pools and that they have 24/7 maintenance! I talked to Jenneast and she was so warm and welcoming! When I move to Austin in November I will definitely be leasing there.
