I do not recommend anyone to live here. The office staff are unprofessional and rude. They also do not return calls or emails. They are in the office and forward all calls. If you are elderly, do not live here. They do not accommodate your needs. The doors will be heavy. Key fob access on the doors with no key code, so if you have attendants or caregivers they willl be unable to get in after 5 unless your walk to the gate to let them in yourself each time. My mother passed away in her apartment and no one had the decency to notify us. They assumed a police official or someone else did but they did not. The office is heartless. We learned out about it from someone else. Christina told my brother we needed to get everything out within 6 days (She noted a 14 day policy but no one ever informed us of it or even her death even though we were her listed contacts. So we had 6 days from when she called and informed us. I went to my moms place to work on organizing and removing stuff and the door was wide open. They were using her water access to clean another area and running a hose from her unit with the door open. No maintenance or staff in sight. I waited for 20 minutes looking for someone to remove the hose. Someone could of stolen her remaining belongings. So rude.

This is how our trash looks like. ALWAYS. If you like spilled garbage, swarms of flies and rotting food everywhere, to the point where city trash services often refuse to pick it up, move here immediately.
