    Water is constantly shut off for repairs, A/C unit unable to properly cool/heat apartment and for over a month now there have been rodent problems. The picture is from the day this is posted.

    You truly get what you pay for here. I will write about my experiences over the last year: a 3 month long rodent problem that I eventually solved myself with no assistance whatsoever from management. Seemingly monthly (sometimes twice a month) hot water issues (or the water will be off entirely), a leaking air conditioner that I had to call management daily for weeks before I finally got a response and a technician out to fix it, an electrical problem in my living room (that I also called daily for weeks for them to address it). On top of this, all fixes are really just band-aids that don't address the root of any serious problem. I wish things were better, the location is fantastic and you get a good amount of space for the price.

    I've lived in two different units on this property (in different buildings) and both units have had flooding/leaking issues. Hope you enjoy a nice humid, musty stank! The most frustrating part about living here is the incessant water/boiler issues. I have taken more cold showers than I can count (or have had to skip them altogether) because the water is constantly being shut off for hours, sometimes days at a time for "repairs". This has been a consistent issue for the past 2 years, and there's been no sign of improvement. P.S. If you think your apartment will be in the same condition as the model unit they show future residents, you're in for a real treat! ;) Good luck!
