Worst ever. I’m glad my lease just ended. They do anything but fix the problems in the units, maintenance takes for ever to take care of a request. If you have a leak and you’re apartment is getting flooded better take a sit cause they will not show soon even if it’s an emergency. You can call the office, call the maintenance line and they will do nothing. Oh! But they’ll charge you in a blink of an eye. Also there’s not enough parking, so if you come home after 9 pm you won’t find anywhere to park. ACs stop working very often. Please, don’t bother it’s not worthy

“Cannon Oaks Apartments” or spring valley apartments when I first moved here to Austin was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I moved in with two other roommates and everyone was gone a day after move in date for a week or so and when we came back a broken crack pipe was found in one of the bathrooms and the managers couldn’t explain it. We signed on a non smokers unit and the place reeked of cigarette smoke and when we complained they said it was a carpet cleaner and not cigarette smoke. I ended up having an allergic reaction because of it and we decided to leave. There was also roaches in the first few days we were there and there was never any parking spots anywhere and people would park in two spots making it harder to park. Overall I would not recommend living here at all and avoid it at all costs.

You won't get your refund back! When I moved in a year ago the aparments was full of roaches, dishwasher was broken and the apartment was dirty I spent 2 hours cleaning it before I moved in!! Not enough parking, hallways were always dirty and my car was vandalized once .. DON'T MOVE HERE!
