Shippy sure knows how to run properties down! Why is city crest turning into such a dump after shippy took over??? Zero improvements have been done to the apartments the companies before were on top of everything. Trash every where, paint peeling, balconies falling apart, giant aggressive dogs off leashes, roofs leaking, stairs are filthy, trees over grown theyre literally falling down almost on cars and people, lights around the property out and the new maintenance and managers that shippy hired are a bunch of immature little boys that just hide and make money laughing together. They ignore phone calls and emails and refuse to make improvements. Dont bother calling the headquarters or regional managers they alllll back each other up like a pack of wolves including the female dispatcher that relays calls to maintenance after hours she a real piece of something. I think shippy properties need to be investigated for how they treat their residents and the way the residents live. Anyone can easily sue for the way managers treat residents and for how run down the properties are becoming. Shippy is a liability waiting to happen. Im recording everything so far lots of evidence.

They need to hire more nicer people to run apartments never in my life have i ever be disrespected in my life she is so rude DeeDee Watson shouldn't be dealing with people if she doesnt know how to talk to people

I had a Horrible experience with the ex manger Diann and the Regional manger Cindy sparks, They violated my rights as a tenant, by disclosing information. they take long to fix anything ;I report it to human resources they did nothing about it they think that there are no tenant right law, be careful before renting in this place,
