Excellent staff, great facilities and maintenance, and perfect location in West Campus. Perfect student apartment.

Im loving my time at GrandMarc, I even renewed for next year already. All the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Maintenance is also very quick and helpful with any issues. Its also at a very walkable distance to bus stops and campus which is a huge plus

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and have even gone out of their way to save me money and help me outside their working hours. I have no complaints about the complex, only wishes: such as installing squat racks (not smith machines) and heavy bags in the gym. I'm sure that there is some insurance policy preventing that though. If you're looking for a nice apartment in a quieter part of West Campus, GrandMarc is a good way to go.
