We first used this agency many years ago when we moved to the US and it was owned by Rogers Henson. They found a way to take of us, having no prior history in this country. Now, just today, Marilyn has helped with some additional coverage that we were looking for. We've had our home and car insurance here for 25 years and strongly recommend them!

My God Ive just experienced the best customer service in my life. Praises to Mr. Sampson and his team! I had questions about my policy renewal and Shamaya was wonderful! She was patient with me and took her time to make sure I understood everything on my policy. Also, I got to talk to Mr. Sampson and he was very personable as always! Ive been one of his customers since 1989. And on the way out I had a nice conversation with Tamara and she was very nice and pleasant! Overall I came in worried and left happy and smiling! Thank you Mr. Sampson and your wonderful team! I will be referring you to everyone I know. May God bless you all
