        I would give a zero if possible. Kelly, Michael and Frank searched out my mentally handicap sister by selling her insurance. They found out what her disabilities were and convienced her to move in with their mother so they could rob her blind. What little she had they took it from her! Looks like its time to hire an attorney and find out how to get their license revoked. This is a serious crime.
