        Sent our boxes on Sept, 90 days they cannot give us an update where the boxes are. They cannot even track our boxes. UMAC Manila is disowning responsibility of actions of UMAC Texas.

        Had no issue the first two times I shipped with Freedom Cargo out of Kabayan Filipino Cafe. The third time, on 6/4, two cell phones and their accessories were stolen from the box we shipped. We sent photo evidence and proof the box was tampered with. The shipped denies what he doesn't want to believe, defends the thieves, and does nothing to make this right. Extremely dishonest group. Will not be using again.
