        This Company has Very Poor Customer Service. ~~~DO NOT USE AT ALL !!! I had a terrible experience at this freight Company. I contracted Global logistics on the 19th of October 2022 to help me ship a package to Nigeria, and the package was never delivered. The Staff are unprofessional and nonchalant. They dribbled me around for one year, before informing me that my package got missing in transit. I had to sue the Company at Tarrant County Texas before they agreed to compensate me with $2,500 with a payment plan in court today the 8th of November 2023, which will elapse by February 2025. For goods worth over $16,500. I would not recommend this freight Company to anyone. ITS A SCAM. BE WARNED !!!!!

        My experience with global logistics gave me teary-eyed, unimaginable. They are never to be trusted. The customer service is zero, not communicating with customers in a friendly manner, very uncultured.

      Thanks for the review.l think it will be fair to give account of what happened and you claimed experience with Global logistics.You ship a box to Lagos Nigeria your consignee went to pick up the shipment and noticed there a whole on the box my staff told your consignee it was a custom punch but please check your box before you leave she declined leaving our office after getting home claimed something is missing.Where in the world do you do that in fact on every boxes that leaves our office in the United States we have a label that states CHECK YOUR ITEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE AS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER LEAVING despite all this advise she left and came back so who do we trust.This is common sense dear
