This particular office does a great job answering questions. My red letter day last year was when I was able to get rid of my AT&T equipment and switch to T-Mobile! And my bill has not changed! What a miracle.

Sierra, the manager of this store is incredibly rude, dismissive and needs an immediate lesson in basic customer service and courtesy. Cut me off mid sentence several times, grew aggressive in her tone, and language. By far the worst customer service Ive ever received by a T-Mobile store. Im not sure how she attained the level shes in because she is clearly undeserving of the title and cannot handle the responsibility.

In general Tmobile has fair service. I purchased 4 new devices, added one watch line and two phone lines. I found out that my work offers a discount for services. When I called to apply the discount, the representative said I was one month too late. The discount could only be applied if I added ANOTHER line at this point and offered no price comparisons or any other helpful info.

Worst T mobile store ever. Employee did not know how to port my information over to my new phone. Employee told me to take the phones home and figure it out myself. Left store and went to a corporate T mobile store. Corporate store told me the phone was not even activated. T mobile corporate store employee activated my phone and ported over all my information to my new phone. Got home and the
T mobile that could not activate my new phone on Fielder rd in Arlington, Texas had gave me the wrong charger for my phone. Went back the next day the manager at T mobile on Fielder rd screamed and hollered at me. Laughed in my face and humiliated me because I told her I had to go to the corporate T mobile to get my phone activated and data ported to my new phone.
Worst T mobile store ever. I will never go there again. Stick with T mobile corporate stores only. No Franchises ever.
