Just when they thought they were done, when it was driven out of the garage they noticed my car was leaking oil. They promptly put it back in the garage and repaired it then. Thanks!

Service was very good and work was completed as scheduled. Estimates were provided and all work was discussed. They have been servicing my Audi for several years.

This was absolutely the worst experience with any car repair shop I have ever had. I had to have struts replaced along with a compressor that works with the struts. It took almost a month. The initial quote was over $7,000. For two struts as I was informed I had to replace all 4 of them since there was a change in the part number and they were only available as two sets of two, one each for the front and back. In the end when the service contract people got involved we only had to replace two struts and the cost went down by almost half. But the level of back and forth to get this done was unconscionable. Ultimately I had to get directly involved with the service contract people(warranty ) because the communication breakdown was just absolutely ridiculous. And when I questioned the $185 an hour rate for mechanic work, I was given a lecture by the manager about how many expenses he had and how he felt justified because the car dealerships charged more. In my opinion, the level of implicit dishonesty was astounding. And then, after I paid my portion of the cost, picked up my car, and went on about life the manager calls me about a week later and asked me when I'm going to pay my bill and pick up my car. I had to give him the contact information and email content that I had directly with the warranty people for him to even understand he was supposed to collect from somebody else. Talk about disorganized. And the bullying tone when I answered the phone was very obvious .
