I strongly suggest everyone to avoid Don Davis. Their service department doesnt care to do the right job. I bought a new battery from dodge and in less than a year my car wont start (battery has a 2 year warranty). I went to 3 independent locations to test the battery, starter, and alternator. All tests told me that the battery was not adequate and not providing proper cold cranking amps. I brought all test receipts to them and they tested the battery and told me everything was fine and it was starting like a champ. However I had to drive to the dealership and the battery was likely charged by the alternator for that short period of time to provide this false test. I honestly believe that Don Davis doesnt want to replace the battery because its under warranty and might cost the service department. On top of all this, they tried to charge me $100 for doing a simple battery test, that takes nearly no effort or time. I think the service department needs to hold themselves more accountable. The battery that was sold to me is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty but it seems as if their management doesnt want to do the right thing.

Horrible service in the Service Department. I had asked for a quote to replace a seat heater element in a drivers front seat of a newer Dodge truck. Was told I would have to pay them $150 for them to give me an estimate on repair cost for an exact repair I was asking for. Ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Don't bother with this service facility.

Bought a brand new jeep and had nothing but issues caused by the incompetentence of the mechanics and service techs. Do not purchase from this dealership unless poor service is what you are needing. 5 stars there. Service department said I was lying about ordering a part even after giving the receipt as proof. Made me pay again.

They need to do better on communicating with their customers as well as being more up-to-date with what customers need for their new vehicles and not recommend services that are not needed, especially on new vehicles unless needed.
