If you ever plan to work for this company you might want to reconsider!!! Unless you like to work under the influence of drugs then this is the place for you. My husband has a problem with a co-worker were my husband was pushed (cameras can prove it, police report can prove it) and it turns out all witnesses were friends with other employee that pushed my husband and testified in favor of other employee, supervisor was there. Other employee even cursed at supervisor and guess what... My husband ends up being suspended until this day (1wk so far) while on the other hand the other employee is back at work 3 days after and under the influence of drugs but I guess it's ok since they do favor a certain race of people here. My husband did ask the union chairman to drug test employee but he denied this because supposedly they only drug test if employees gets in an accident at work. Hmmm, sure.. HR and union are NO HELP! My husband has report this problem before with HR and supposedly "cameras did not capture the area from last incident", then the excuse this time was "cameras were to far." So don't bother reporting to them because even after checking cameras they will make up whatever favors their favorite employee. This company is all about favoritism. If they don't like you, or like others more than you, HR, union, managers, supervisors will all favor against you even if you have been with them 9 yrs. So if you do decide to work here don't count on any help from any of the management team, just save you some time and call the police and report it to them at least then you'll have some real proof!!! As a manager myself I had Never witnessed such an injustice!!!!!!!! To the President and VP of this company please drug test on a random basis because NUMEROUS employees should not be here if this truly is a drug free company!
