Ok so far but there are some problems. Several activities so far have been canceled or nobody shows up to run them. Very slow response to a call from the room. Several times she has peed the bed because they took an hour to come to the room. Ok situation but could be a lot better. My review is going down because we are seeing some serious problems with employees attitudes towards residents. I am NOT happy with this place so far !!!!!!!!!!!

This is an excellent facility and has really been a blessing for our family. My mom has been here for over a year now and they have taken really good care of her. She requires medication every 3 hours (promptly) for Parkinson's and they make sure she receives it. The activities they do help her to stay structured, active, and social while still feeling like "home". The staff is wonderful and even my kids enjoy visiting their grandma and have fun at all the events they put so much time and effort into. I can't express how much gratitude I have for this facility.

Brookdale Pecan Park has been amazing for us. Mom moved into assisted living in January, and is comfortable and feels loved at BPP. The nursing is excellent, and Stephanie is always present and involved in the residents well being.
