Kangaroo Court. Got a ticket for 90 in 65. Wasn't speeding, came to court with documents from expert witnesses stating the vehicle was mechanically incapable of going over 65. Prosecutor said take the deal or go to trial where I'll STILL be the prosecutor and give you the maximum AND put it on your record.
