Keelah(sp?) is AWESOME. I called several times, dumb questions probably, and she was incredibly helpful. She not only resolved my issue but I left the conversation feeling more uplifted than before I called.

Went by there today, on a Friday afternoon. The staff was friendly and professional. Extremely helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Yesterday , March 22, 2022 I went inside the brazoria appraisal district office full of anxiety, due to being unsure of how my visit would go.
Ms. Lettie Warren & Ms Bridget Simmons, due to their professionalism, patience , and compassion made all of that anxiety and worry disappear immediately.
There are many people who disregard the sacrifice of combat veterans and are disrespectful to veterans.
Not these two women of character who saw I was taken advantage of and it was so embarrassing, yet their candid sense of humor and loving spirits encouraged me, put a smile on my face , and sent me on my way with joy. I was sad and humiliated going in , leaving out I was happy and I think I was singing to music all the way home.
The entire office was peaceful. The other ladies may not have said much but the office was extremely pleasant and I am grateful for that. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!
