        Sent them an email with a detailed description of my electrical issues 2 days prior to my arrival in Amarillo. Bill responded later that evening and I was told he'd speak with a tech and get back to me. 24 hrs passed - nothing. I emailed again and was told the tech was off that day (conveniently) and that he would speak with him today. But, again, nothing. I can only assume that they don't know enough about electrical to help, or that they are so busy they don't need any new business.
