Attempted to go to address from google and it took us off beaten path. We were passing through from out of town. Called to verify address and male answered rudely and said hes not there and we should have called but google does not say mobile???? Call first!

On the road, and in an unfamiliar area, it's never fun to have an issue with your RV. Unfortunately, we did, and Matt took great care of us, and got to us quickly; identified the problem, and was apologetic about not having a $25 part that he usually always has, and directed us to someplace 10 minutes away to pick it up (it was an easy DIY fix). He encouraged us to call him if we had any other questions, we did end up having to call him and he helped us over the phone. What a blessing he was! Thanks Matt!

Thank you so much for squeezing me in after my 30 amp cord fell out of the cargo compartment and dragged on the road It was great to be able to plug in again that same night. Friendly, helpful, effective would use your services again if I was in the area. But hope not to need to Happy trails!

Matt is the ultimate professional. He knew what the problem was got right to it and had it fixed in no time. But what I want you to know most of all is that my husband called him at the last minute because we had lost the heat in a RV and it was going to get 18 degrees that night. Matt came after hours at last minute notice simply because he cared and had the compassion to understand that we were going to freeze that night without heat. It was late and it was cold and Matt did not make one complaint and was so kind and even thanked my husband for his business despite the fabulous after hours and already freezing cold. Because of him my husband and I slept warmly and her RV pipes did not bust. This is an honest man who gives you a far better value than any of the big RV companies that charge you so much more and put you on a waiting list forever. All I can ask is that you please consider this gentleman who was efficient and humble and compassionate. You'll spend less than if you went to an RV shop get better service and you'll be supporting a gentleman who would go out of his way for you where no company would. Please give this man your business I can promise you you will not regret it we are warm and we're happy Matt I can't thank you enough my husband raves about you or forever in your debt.
