Do not do business with Visionworks. The store in Amarillo even though they say it's temporarily closed is permanently closed. I purchased two pair of glasses 3 months ago and a screw came out. Customer support wanted me to drive 2 hours to Lubbock to have them repaired. They would not just mail me some screws and a small screwdriver. They would however sell me a repair kit and mail it at my expense.

Love Visionworks!! Had an excellent experience there. The girl (can't remember her name) was so good to help me and gave me the time I needed to find the glasses I wanted. I also have special issues that she dealt with and helped me with. Very pleased

Vision Works is amazing!!
We have gotten several pairs of glasses there and have always received the very best in service.
The staff is knowledgeable and patient.
They go above and beyond in terms of customer service.
Heather is a real gem and we are so Thankful to be their customers!!!
