Yep, the reviews are true ... sign in lobby says "Absolutely No Refunds" which translates no safety lock on door, no heat, no blanket, no lightbulbs, no towels, no toilet paper... really really bad... dirty, creepy ... wish I'd checked the reviews before I stopped and paid. Worse also is that the lobby is really nice hahaha jokes on us

AVOID!!! what you see in the pictures by the owner is false.. Rooms are disgusting stains everywhere, floors creeking, I found someone's wash scrub in the room still... sheets with stains.. I understand you get what you paid for but come on now if you going to be running a place like this make it free or lower you price like you lower your room cleaning standards and respectability as a chain company... To the people who give this place 5 stars either your a fake account or family to the owner to be blind and not see anything wrong with this place!!! Good Luck!!

No lights nothing worked and had a lamp on bath room floor for light that did not work will never stay again
