I dropped off a pair of pants that we needed done for a wedding on Tuesday 6/23 around 1pm. The employee there told me they would be ready 6/25 after 5pm. I go in and am told that the cleaners don’t go in and work on Thursday’s. We are headed out of town so the pair we needed cleaned for a wedding we cannot have back because they have already been started. It’s an inconvenience for sure but doesn’t make sense as to why the employee working is not aware of the cleaners schedules and we were not called or told any of this and have to try to make do with a different set of pants. Poor managing, won’t be using again.

This is the second time I have come and no one was there. July 18th Saturday at 10:30, knocking on the door. Do I need to find another cleaner?
