Poor service, poor quality. I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here, or should I say cleaned and thrown into a box here? We dropped the dress off in March, finally in June we reached out ourselves to see about the progress - there was a lot of miscommunication and then they rushed to get the dress done. The first time we took the dress home it was literally crumpled up in the box, I took it back and was greeted with unfriendly faces and bad attitude. We just got it back and it is still crumpled in the box but dont worry because the top is secured it looks terrible. I tried to support a local business but I will never be back. It was very disappointing and I do not recommend them!

They are always so nice and clothes are done to perfection
