I took my cleaning to the Jiffy Cleaners 5901 Hillside. They ruined one of my shirts and offered to pay for it if I would bring a receipt for a replacement. I bought a replacement and delivered the receipt to the store. The owner called me and promised to mail me a check but it never happened. Ive been back to the store 3 times and receive promises to mail a check but it does not happen. My advice is avoid Jiffy Cleaners.

I wish I could give them no star! VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They definitely dont know how to run a business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

If I could mark this with no stars I would, the ladies that took the orders in were extremely helpful and apologetic, but the place that they send the dry cleaning off too, never did any of our stuff right, even though it was marked correctly, it still was not done correctly. I gave them multiple chances to get it right and they never did!

Not only can they not get things done when they say, this is the second time trying to get my shirts right and the sleeves are double creased. I can understand a small double crease but an inch between the cceases and they have patches to give a line to go by. Will never be back here again!
