The customer service is very lacking here. I emailed the general manager to cancel 3 months ago my supposed month to month membership! Celeste failed to email me back after I initially cancelled. Then I noticed I was charged after I had canceled. Celeste said she would refund the money even though they need 30 day written notice to cancel apparently (so much for month to month more like pay for two months to cancel). Never saw a refund for that even though she said she would. She also assured me that my membership was canceled and I would not be charged again. I was going to let this go but now its May and they have charged me again! This is outrageous. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Update: they did issue a refund for the month of May after I called several times and emailed. Now they are trying to charge me a $25 refund fee. These people just never quit trying to take your money. If you do not want this service forever just know stopping is too much of a hassle. I just want them to stop and leave me alone.

I was here for a short term visit. I heard a lot about the benefits of Barre so wanted to give it a try. This location was so welcoming and open to explaining things to a new comer. Celeste was thorough in explaining the membership and even asked about my fitness goals. Great experience with the instructors and friendly desk staff!

Im so happy I found Pure Barre, and I love being a part of the Allen PB community! Thank you to all the staff who make each class welcoming but challenging and to Celeste, who is great! Her thoughtfulness shows in all she does for the Allen studio. Its such a diverse group of people who are members and experience levels of all types, so dont let anything stop you from giving Pure Barre a shot!

I come to PureBarre Allen (probably less than I should ), but every experience that I have had has been amazing. Celeste (the manager) is always so quick to greet me and everyone that comes in while Im there and takes a genuine interest in getting to know the members. I have been in customer service for a long time and she is top notch. When it comes time for class, I am always so excited when Cambry is teaching. She is very thorough and makes everyone feel so welcome. She always make a few jokes in class too, which makes class even better. I have taken some classes with a few of the other instructors too (though its been awhile so I cannot recall exact names), but I love the push to get out of your comfort zone that the instructors give, but also while keeping you safe. As someone who has an extensive medical/surgery history, I get so nervous about many other work outs, but PureBarre isnt one of them.
