Drumba Fitness

Drumba is so much fun! I have been doing it since early 2019 and its the only thing I have stuck with. Thing is, I dont really think of it as an exercise class. It is just so much fun and you can do it at a speed and intensity level that you are most comfortable with. It is the perfect stress reliever for me since I sit behind a computer all day putting out fires at work. But when I get to Drumba class in the evening, I just beat away all my troubles and get pumped and reenergized by the fun dance music! The 45 minute class is just right, too. Not too long and not too short! Everyone is so nice there and its just good vibes all around. A unique way to keep fit and reduce stress.

Drumba is a great way to build up your aerobic stamina while having fun ! It's a 45 minute workout where you get to exercise with a group of awesome individuals. Love this place

Took my first Drumba class. Really enjoyed it and could feel the workout. Staff and clients very helpful and friendly. Will return soon.
