        Theresia and Alex helped me so much. They both worked very heard to ensure that I was happy with my order. I stopped in and Alex helped me look at the equipment. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Theresia and Alex had to order me a walker that wasn't available in the store. After I ordered it, it arrived 2 days later. I live 45 miles away and I'm so grateful that I was able to have this walker delivered to my home.

        I am an individual not a business customer. I needed some medical supply for my grandmother, which is of very limited supply and could not get it from any other medical suppliers as they don't supply to individual customers. When I contacted Mr. Julio Amorin through phone regarding this, he went out of his way to get it to me on time and kept me updated through every step in the process.
