DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY TESTING HERE!!! They are unprofessional and will cancel your test that you have been studying for and have spent money for for not doing their job!! I walked in and they don't even have proper air conditioning when I pulled up I knew this place was sketchy! Now because of the idiot at the front desk I have to pay more money and reschedule to take the test all over again!! Thanks bro I appreciate you being a jerk and now I know all the questions on the test so thanks for the 2nd opportunity. This man waited until I was done with the test to tell me that I couldn't have scratch paper and pencil even though he did not tell me this before I walked in for my test wow what a very ethical way of running a shady testing center business. He waited almost 2 hours in which I was done with the test all I needed to do was send it in but this incompetent man walked into that room 2 and three times causing a major distraction so if you want to be able to pass and concentrate in peace DO NOT test here they got an air conditioning unit in the testing room I mean how low class can you be? I should've looked at this location before I chose it because just looking at the outside of it would've made me change my mind instantly!!! If you want to pass your test with proper and adequate instruction from the test administrator then do not choose this place! Even after I called PSI and NASM they couldn't even understand why he would cancel the test soooo please save yourself the agony and choose somewhere else to take your test!
