I found this place on yelp as I wanted to get my ring resized. My pinky ring was a size 4, but I knew I needed to get a smaller size as the ring kept slipping. I came here and was immediately greeted. The jeweler size of my finger and decided that my pinky rings should be a 3.5. I went to check out and they told me that it would be ready in up to two days. To my surprise, they called me two hours later, and said that my ring was ready. This is great as I have been wanting to wear this ring. sadly the downfall was that I had to pay almost $80 to get my ring resized. I thought this was a bit pricey; I am from California originally and I have gotten my ring resized for a much cheaper or free deal. Otherwise this jewelry shop is nice, and I would recommend it to anyone who has the money to get the ring resized or to find other rings.

Sales rep is arrogant and unqualified. He doesnt know the difference between lab made diamonds, morganite, and regular diamonds. They try to sell you on designer knock offs. Really shady place, would never buy from them Let me elaborate since your response is making up a scenario from 3 years ago. I remember it like it was yesterday because Ive never dealt with such an arrogant person that killed a very expensive deal. This is my full experience: went in looking for a pink diamond (yes I know exactly how much they go for $$$$) the sales rep claimed he had them in the back but we wouldnt be able to afford them and didnt show any colored diamonds they allegedly had. He took us to another display case to which I asked oh is that a Tacori? The rep goes wow Im surprised you know what that is. Yes, its the same ring Tacori makes but we dont use their name. He also told me that the big rings you see on instagram are millions of dollars in a very condescending way. That would be true if those rings were actually diamond, but any jeweler would know that an influencer wearing a 10ct ring is wearing morganite. He also said there is no possible way to distinguish between a real and lab diamond, which is of course false because you can test the off-gas. We walked out as quickly as we could and ended up purchasing from an actual diamond dealer.
