Vincent Peach Fine Jewelry

I purchased some pave earrings back in December 2021. Not knowing much about fine jelwery, I was told that they were on sale and were a great price. Fast forward to a week ago and my sister who works in Chicago's Jeweler's Row inspected them and told me I paid a ridiculous amount for what are low quality, tiny pave diamonds on sterling silver with the only gold being the backings. She said she could find the same thing for me for around $200. She told me people are paying for the brand name of Vincent Peach, not the quality of the product. I am very embarrassed to not have known that and to have paid what I did (altogether $696.47 with tax included. I also paid for a $60 shirt for my younger brother who was with me at that time.) The earring is already bent as you can see which is a shame since I use them sparringly and I also store them in a small jewlery box so I don't see how that could have even happened (the jewelry box they came in from Vincent Peach came broken, actually.) Expensive lesson learned and hope others steer clear from this shop.

Hands down the best jewelry store for custom designs and pearls. Most lately has introduced diamonds to many of the pieces and they are exquisite!

A Nashville staple! Vincent Peach is a great stop to find and take home a piece of Nashville. Love this rustic and luxurious brand. Also they have a great selection of different price points for every customer.

I am so impressed with Vincent Peach jewelry, especially because of one of the gentlemen that works there, Jon Rizzo. First off, the jewelry is well made and beautiful. Complementing that is the extraordinary service exemplified by Mr. Rizzo. I had sent a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law that was stolen off of her front porch. As soon as I discovered this, I called Vincent Peach and thankfully Mr. Rizzo answered the phone. Without hesitation he assured me he would follow through and resolve the problem. And needless to say, he was true to his word. He was caring and attentive and immediately worked to replace the stolen earrings without any added stress. Mr. Rizzo, kept me informed, followed up, texted me with updates. This is true customer service! What more can you ask for? To have someone so caring and thoughtful representing this company says a-lot. I would 100% recommend Vincent Peach for their quality and service. Thank you, Mr Rizzo and thank you, Vincent Peach!
