I have used Fast Handyman on several projects. They really live up to their name. If you don't have time to waste they are your team. They always make it right if you aren't happy with something they will come back and fix it.

"Fast Handyman Services" located in Nashville, was hired to complete a list of inspection repairs for the sale and closing of my home on April 24th. I paid an initial deposit. After the proposed completion of the work he informed me that they would not be able to install the windows as previously quoted, then gave a credit for those windows. Then they billed me an extra $250 for the removal of decking and repair of OSB. The day before closing the final inspections showed that the work he claimed to have performed was never completed at all. The siding was not repaired as they said they did, and the OSB was never replaced or repaired as they said they had as well. I had to drive 10 hours to complete the repairs myself in time for the closing of the house. I do not recommend this service unless you have someone standing watch over them to confirm what was billed is being completed.
