He came to the house we’ve been renting to assess some damages, gave us a quote and then told us he’d come back 2 days later in the morning to repair it. He didn’t show up, but we gave him about an hour before calling to see where he was. When he answered, he sounded annoyed to hear from us and said we’d scheduled the repairs for the next day (not true) and that he’d be there the next morning for the repairs. The next morning came and he did not show up, so we called and were sent to voicemail. Since then, we have left messages and he’s never answered our calls. : )

This man picked up my dining room chair from my home to repair a leg on November 30 today is December 31 I still don’t have my chair!!! I have left voicemails, he’s made broken promises day after day he never shows up to return my chair...I don’t know what to do at this point??? I have filed a complaint with BBB maybe they can get results?? I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH RIDICULOUSNESS IN MY LIFE!!! All I want is my chair returned????

He took our 4 dining room chairs and small mahogany table at the end of July saying he wo complete it in 10 days. It is the end of November, and we still don't have them back! Multiple phone calls and broken promises to have them ready. Now he is just not answering the phone. These were my grandparents', and I am upset. I would not recommend using this service.

I am trying to get my furniture back in any condition- completed or not. I got a quote for restoration of the top of a piano bench from Mark Tardy at Furniture Medic. He was professional on the phone and arrived to get it in a respectable commercial van. He was professional in person, and his prices were in line with others in the area. He said it would take one week. Two weeks later, I called him after not hearing anything. He said it would be one more day. I didn’t hear anything the next day. I have now been told “one more day” about five times, and I am getting increasingly worried something has happened to the bench. I tried to call today (one of the days I was assured it would be delivered), and it went to voicemail. This bench was my wife’s great grandmothers and is priceless to our family. At this point, I just want it back and am about to assume it has been stolen or broken. Update: I got it back after about six weeks today. It took a few more phone calls, and he was always just responsive enough to give me hope it was still in one piece. He delivered it today as stated, and I will say he did an excellent job on the work. It is fully restored and looks like new. I am not sure what was going on with the delay and poor communication.
