      image No communication. You agree to one thing and they do another. I could write a book with all the things wrong with my interactions with this place but I will just say say. I am out $300 on one product I never agreed to and one that I was told they checked with my personal insurance and it would cover ,which my insurance didn’t because they didn’t check. Which neither of the products can be used by my son, they are useless.

      image This place, along with my daughter’s hard work and Vanderbilt PT, is why my child can walk. They have a trained, informed and engaged staff. They keep their commitments on timelines and cost. They were conscientious and accommodating when it came to billing and balanced being professional and personable in a way that is rare nowadays. I recommend them highly.
