All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! We were guided through the whole process and saw an amazing change in the shape and symmetry of our babys head. Such a wonderful experience!

The staff is absolutely incredible. Do not misconstrue anything that I am about to say as a slight to the staff as they were the only things that saved this experience. They only measure at the beginning and at the end. I even requested a mid way scan and they still could not give me any measurements. Staff eyeballed every single appointment to say whether or not there was improvement. There were no actual measurements taken when it came to adjusting my childs helmet. No answer was the same when I asked about timeline, or how much child was improving. I recommend going elsewhere.

Customer service is A+. They assign you a specialist who is left a message when you call, and ours always called back within maybe an hour and was very nice and reassuring. However, keep in mind this is an art as well as a science. The helmet is a material like foam that they shave out of the inside of the helmet in the places they think the head should grow based on what is common/aesthetically pleasing, but perfection is not possible or the goal. So if you feel you need to do something to help your baby's head imperfection or irregularity this place is a good one, but temper your expectations so that you don't mistake the grayness/guesswork of the process for the fault of the employees. We were fairly satisfied with the end result and glad that we gave it a try but it was not a short or easy or stress-free process.
