Wang Vision Institute

I had an great experience at Wang Vision Institute. I thought this is something I would never do, since I get easily anxious. With some encouragement, I made an appointment. The staff was very comforting and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They also walk you through every step of the procedure to make you feel more at ease. I definitely recommend Wang Vision Institute.

I asked an appointment with Dr. Ming Wang. When another doctor showed up, I asked again for Dr. Ming Wang. Apparently, unless you are ready to do a surgery he does not care so much about the rest of the patients. I felt deceived since I never talked to him. Nobody told me I will be seen by another doctor. AFTER THE REPLY FROM THE OFFICE: No excuses are acceptable. When you make an appointment to see a certain doctor, you expect to see and to talk to him, not a different doctor.

I have long been a fan of Dr. Wang, from whom I've received excellent care over the years. Recently I was treated by Dr. Zimmerman for a nonsurgical problem. He's terrific! He listened and then did a careful and thorough examination. He prescribed the perfect combination of medications and resolved a very troubling issue. Thanks for the great job Dr. Zimmerman!

Had The smile procedure on Friday July 31. No pain just blurriness. I opted to get any extras offered to make my recovery less uncomfortable (ie. Tear duct plugs, contacts to bandaid the tiny incision). The staff was very friendly. I was very nervous but they were patient with me. I look forward to continued recovery but so far, my experience had been better that I expected. Bye bye glasses/contacts. Thank God.
