Dr Melson, over time has had to raise my eyelids three times dues to weakening muscles.. Each time he did a fine job in all respects. Contact his office in Nashville direct leave McPeak out of it if you are in Bowling Green. I thoroughly recommend his services.

I had a consultation At McPeak vision in Bowling Green, KY. Dr Melson agreed to preform the surgery. This was January of 2021. The nurses at the Eye Institute were wonderful.After surgery the Dr. said his office would be calling to schedule a follow-up Appointment. I called Dr Melson's office to ask about my appointment. Which the nurse responded well we have called McPeak to schedule the appointment. Called Mcpeak Vision no they didn't have an appointment for me. I was bounced between 2 offices. Needless to say, I never did receive a "follow up" appointment. Its now 4 months later. I will say I can see better but very disappointed with his office and their unprofessionalism

When I first went to this facility I had a consultation with Doctor Sherman she agreed to doing the surgery and we agreed that after surgery if I needed adjustments to my eyes then the adjustments would be made until my eyes were evenly I got at the hospital ready for the surgery in walk Dr Mark Nelson and said he would be doing the surgery that doctor Sherman would not be able to because of the hospital was having surgery at I was surprised but I went ahead lhad the surgery at first the surgery turned out pretty good then I needed adjustments and after the adjustments on both eyes both eyes went Hayward one bigger one lower and one looks totally different than the other I asked doctor Dr Nelson for another adjustment and he refused so right now I'm stuck with eyes that look totally different from each other one is higher and bigger one is lower than the other one I am not satisfied for I look a hot mess and looks 10 years older.

Dr Melson is a great doc. Very thorough in explaining treatment and comes with a good sense of humor and conversation. Highly recommended.
