This was the contracted florist through FTD. The arrangement I ordered was delivered with half of the arrangement wilted and the vase didn't match the order. The pictures the recipient sent were sad. They were a birthday gift and less than cheerful. I contacted FTD for a replacement. FTD reached out to the florist and arranged for a next day replacement. The replacement NEVER showed. The florist had no valid reason for this. For the price of flowers and delivery, I would expect a top notch arrangement, especially from a company who claims to be the best option for a local florist. I will not recommend using Lenox Village.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BY ALL MEANS!! Ordered off their website and what we got was NOWHERE even close to what was pictured. I called to complain and the rude ass dude who answered said, 'I filled that and what she got was better.' Ummm no she received something I didn't pay for!! I ordered a birthday bouquet w lots of different colored flowers, w a clear vase, and streamers. What she got was an ugly green case, no streamers, and 6 large non bright flowers. Waste of money and I will never use them again. Them helping me out is by sending another arrangement the next day but having to pick up the first one... Wow thanks for helping your (ex)customers out some! Don't waste your moment here!

DON'T SHOP HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Apparently I should've checked Yelp before I placed my order. THIS PLACE IS RUDE. And I supposedly talked to the OWNER!
I ordered flowers for my gf, same day delivery... $12. I call about 3:30 to check on the delivery, "they are out in Antioch now" ok cool... I get home at 4:30, still no flowers. We have errands to run, I'm not tripping... they'll be on the porch when I return at 8... nothing. So the florist calls me the next morning and tells me that my address doesn't exist and there must be a different address for my apartment complex cause it didn't come up in the GPS... much to my surprise. I tell him that's impossible. (I have given my parents the address and they found the apartment just fine. I've actually give the address to 4 different people in the 3 weeks that I've lived there and GUESS WHAT?? THEY MADE IT TO MY DOOR!) THAT is my address. My apartment number is my address number... but to clear confusion, because with apartments, most people expect an apartment number... I included the apartment number on my order. Also, I gave my phone number and my gf's number, the recipient. Why wouldn't your driver call either one of us?? I've had pizza deliveries that have called for directions! Why the hell wouldn't a florist do the same???
I ask for compensation. I paid for delivery and you're not trying to refund my delivery cost, AT LEAST. He screams, "NO! YOUR ADDRESS DOESN'T EXIST!" At this point, I asked to speak to the manager, "I AM THE MANAGER." Ok, then let me speak to the owner, "I AM THE OWNER." Ok... then I want my money back since you are rude AF! Then he persist to tell me that I can't speak to him any way and that "you know what... you know what..." I asked him, "What? What are you going to do??" After cutting me off and me asking "are you finished or are you done?" He finally shuts up long enough to give me my money back. I will be making sure that it hits my account or I will have to take a trip down there.
I am a customer upset with your service. Instead of being apologetic, he is arrogant and rude. Do NOT support this business. I'm currently trying to figure out how to curb other business from him.

Worst experience ever! Order showed up a week early for my wife's birthday. Called and they were so rude saying it was not them that delivered the flowers she received (the card in the flowers had all of their company information on it). They said it was still set to deliver (again) on her actual birthday. That never happened. I had a very similar experience the year before shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance. Let's just say they won't have the opportunity to go 0-3.

I had them deliver a bouquet of sunflowers to my wife at work for her birthday, the day of in fact, and it was gorgeous and on time exact time of her lunch break AWESOME!!!
