        OSHi went above and beyond for me. The flowers I ordered for delivery never made it to the recipient. It did take several days to get in touch with OSHi but when I did, they were very sympathetic. They proved the flowers were delivered but no one had any idea where they went. They were kind enough to make a completely new arrangement and deliver it the next day. Their willingness to make the situation right even though it was not exactly clear what went wrong meant the world to me. And the second arrangement was even more beautiful than the original. Thank you, OSHi. Youll be my first choice for flowers from now on.
