        Charles quoted my repair which was a fair estimate considering what had to be done He stated it would be 4 to 5 days. Emailed updates throughout the week. On the 5th day they emailed and said my car was ready. Honestly my BMW never looked better They did an impeccable job on matching the paint and clear coat
