I was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Each member the team was professional and courteous. I met with a nutritionist that answered questions and took time to explain the process, goals, and expectations. The Nurse Practitioner did a very nice job planning the medical side of the journey I am about to take. I am very encouraged and would highly recommend meeting with them if you are looking to improve your health and wellness!

Don’t go here! They do not value your time as a CUSTOMER but require you pay a no show fee if you don’t cancel within 24 hours. They are rude and don’t care about the patient they are supposed to be helping.

I have gone to this clinic for months. I had a horrible experience today. I was approximately 10 min late and it was raining very hard. The nurse practicioner that I saw treated me like a child and scolded me for being late. I have waited plenty there in the past. I politely told her she needed to be nice or I wouldn’t come back. She smirked and replied that “I’d be back” I could not believe the way I was treated as a paying customer. The clinic has been beneficial to me, but this was very disappointing. Don’t they realize we have choices! Speaking of choices... when I got online to do this review I noticed many choices with much higher ratings. Maybe I should go elsewhere!
