I took my 5yr old upright here. It wasn't broken, just not running well. I am beyond satisfied with the results. Rugs I was about to throw away because of dog hair that wouldn't come out; cleaned up beautifully! They did a great job and made it run better than new.

Do Not take your vacuum to this Oreck dealer for a tune up service. They kept my machine for 2 weeks, they called and said it was finished. I didn't look under it at the store. BIG MISSTAKE. Nothing had been touched. The brush roller was full of hair, sting, and even twine string. All they did was changed the bag. The Oreck warranty plainly states I am suppose to get a tune up every year for 21 years. That consists of cleaning the roller along with several other things too. I called and the "manager" he said well I can't do anything over the phone. REALLY! Who would have thought that. He was RUDE.
