We have actually never hired First Class, but we had a negative experience nonetheless. We approached a housekeeper to see if she was interested in cleaning our house, and she started working for us for a few months. After she had been working with us for a while, we received a call out of the blue from the owner of First Class to "warn us about the housekeeper's dishonesty" and that she had been recently fired by First Class. The housekeeper later informed us that she could not clean our house anymore because she had received a Cease and Desist letter from the attorney of First Class, stating our name specifically and saying they demanded she contact us to tell us she could no longer work for us. We feel that First Class dragged into the middle of a situation we had no part in, and they misrepresented the situation in the Cease & Desist letter in what appeared to us to be an attempt to intimidate her and prevent her from building her clientele individually. It really just didn't sit right with us.

The Team at First Class Maid Service has been clean our home for the past 3.5 years! They're wonderful: thorough, courteous, reliable, respectful and conscious of ever changing health requirements and protocols. They are detail focussed, and efficient without cutting corners. We've had the same team at our home from the beginning, so our dogs are familiar with them too. They always show up on time, with a smile! Baseboards, lightbulbs, individual french-door glass panes, they clean every detail, every time! There's nothing better than walking in the door on "cleaning day" to a fresh, sparkling home.

1st Class Maid Service has gone above and beyond my expectations for the 2.5 years I've been using them. The staff is friendly, respectful and hard-working, but more importantly, they clean more than the basics. Having them clean my house is like having it detailed--they clean baseboards, ceilings, ceiling fans--you name it, they clean it. I highly recommend 1st Class Main Service.

Lupe and her crew always leave our house squeaky clean. We have been using their services for a year now and have been happy with their attention to detail and deep cleaning. They are great with working around your schedule and trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough.
