        We have been out of gas for 10 days. (We are on autofill, but clearly that did not work.) We have called every day and every day we have been told our delivery is coming. The call center does not help. There is no one else to whom we can turn. What can we do?

        If you are wondering who NOT to get your gas from it is this company. I am a college student who has been out of gas for TWO WEEKS. We have been on a list to get gas but received no instructions of when they would even be there. The day they came we were not informed someone needed to be there so they showed up, left no note, and gave no call they could not service us. We called a day later to see what was happening only to hear this story and that we were put back on a list to get gas. Numerous calls later, and no respect from the cal service who would not anyone speak to anyone higher up, we were told we would get gas Saturday. Saturday came and went and go gas. The call center told us that they dont do expedited services, but the account online says the delivery should have happened Saturday. It is now WEDNESDAY and we have heard NOTHING. This is the lowest, most broken system and I hope everyone chooses a different company. I also cant wait to leave this review and get the same automated message about sending someone an email with this problem. Emails dont work either and YPU ARE NOT LISTENING.
