If you need propane filled. By all means oviod this place. Everytime have called. No one has been there to fill up. Say return at 3 30. Still no one at that time will fill. Short staff? Multiple times has happened.

Terrible! They suggested we move to "will call" since we changed our HVAC to electric. We ran out of propane and our hot water heater, stove, etc is still all connected to gas. I asked for a check late summer and apparently they didn't come and I haven't checked the gauge either (my fault). Yesterday, they said they could come out the next day for $85 service fee and fill our tank (next day). They called me back today and told me after they reviewed our (lack of) usage that it would be next week before they could fill because they won't be in the area. Terrible, terrible customer service after years of dedicated service and prompt pay!

I have used these guys for years. If you're on will call you will not get filled even if you notify them soon enough that you dont run out. The last three years I have ran out of gas after calling them. This year it took them three weeks to fill my tank after my phone call. Now the state it will cost $85 to get it reconnected because I ran out. Rule of thumb call them the day after they fill your tank so you will be above zero when they come back. They scheduled the inspection a week out to reconnect my gas. Four weeks total from the time I called saying I was low. I didnt run the gas for a week waiting. We had three cold days I ran it two weeks post call and I get a snobby response of do you still want to fill it if it will cost 85 bucks. We'll i need heat. I was polite and still am. I was never mean. I called the second week asking where they were and that i was almost at zero. Good luck with these guys. 100% I wouldn't suggest their company.
