        Smyrna location has canceled my reservation the day of 3 times in a row. The last reservation with that location I was pulling in the parking lot. I went to Broad Location and they were WONDERFUL. The team at this location is beyond amazing. I love the communication at this location. I WILL NEVER RENT WITH ANY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY BECAUSE OF HOW IM TREATED AT THIS LOCATION. All the teammates are respectful, courteous and a joy to rent from . I SEND EVERYONE I KNOW THERE
