        Eric, the Assistant Manager, was so friendly and helpful. I was able to quickly rent a car same day by making the reservation over the phone, and picking up the car was a breeze. Eric was informative, friendly, and explained everything really well. The car, a KIA Sportage, was clean and drove well.
