I am highly pleased with the window replacement project performed by Renewal by Anderson. Throughout the project, everyone I had contact with was professional, enthusiastic, courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful.. from the salesman to the contractors and telephone representatives. The confidence they displayed (sales and installation) proved they believe in the company that they represent and the quality product that they produce. The sales presentation had me eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new windows. The final installation easily exceeded my expectations. I only wanted one window repaired/replaced. They gave me an estimate of OVER four thousand dollars. They said they don't do less than 2 windows. For that amount of money I need ALL of my windows replaced!!!!

June 2021 we ordered only 2 windows for our house. The salesman was nice, and punctual. That was the last smooth aspect of the entire process. August 2021 the windows come in for install. The install crew showed up a few hours late. At that time, we found out the one window wasn't properly measured, and needed to be reordered. When we originally ordered, the salesman stated that anytime a window isn't right upon arrival, that the replacement is expedited to shorten the overall process as much as possible. After that day, we had 3 different people over the course of the next month come to remeasure. The new window didn't come until December. December 2021 I took a day off work for the install. The install crew never shows up for the installation. I had to call 3 hours after the appointment to be told they were wrapping up a job and were on their way. 3 hours later, I had to call again and was then told they weren't coming because a prior job was still in progress. The manager offered a $500 discount, which isnt even 3% of the whole job. Over the course of December, and January the installer cancelled 3 times due to various reasons. January 29th The crew finally makes it, and starts the install. When we ordered, we were told the windowsill would be replaced in the process. The windowsill, as well as the outside trim were not finished/replaced. The window is very nice, but not as slim borders as we were promised. Today is 4.5 weeks later, and several unreturned calls and we have a date this Saturday for them to finish the job...still no offer for any additional discount or return call from the area manager as promised. I understand supply issues and wait times for that. The issue I have is horrid communication, and uncompleted work. We had plans to replace all the windows in the house over time, and we will likely be looking into pella after this. Its a shame, because their products are nice, seem well made, and are made in America. We really wanted to stick with one company so the windows matched. Service: Window installation

They came out to my house and did a great job. Would have given all tens across the board but I did like the mess in my tub. So I give a 9 n a half

$40,000 for 13 windows on a $180,000 house seems like a terrible deal no matter what kind of service you get. Not worth the time or effort to get a quote from them.
