We had previously used Excellent Roofing to install three Velux roof windows and they did a very professional job. When our roof had major tree limb damage that required a new roof, we had them give us a quote and they had the best materials and best warranty for a very fair price. The crew was on time and did an awesome job from start to finish and Adam has been so helpful and responsive for all the details of the job. Excellent roofing did an amazing job! Travis Kee was our project manager and him and his crew did not disappoint. Travis was amazing. Talked me through the whole process from beginning to end and always kept me up to date on everything. The work site was clean when they were finished and I couldn’t be more happier with my new roof. I am VERY pleased with the service provided by Excellent Roofing and staff. From the moment I called to ask about someone checking my roof for leaks the woman who answered phone was super courteous and nice, and Travis was awesome!!! From his first phone call to the visit to check my roof to the follow-up and providing the estimate, Travis was professional, friendly, very responsive and just a pleasant person all around! The guys who came out yesterday to do the actual repair were professional and did an excellent job with cleanup! This process was smooth, and VERY timely done, I called last week for the first time to inquire and the work was completed to my satisfaction on yesterday! I used Excellent Roofing a couple of years ago for a new roof. Travis Kee was my project manager. He and his roofing crew truly were Excellent. They arrived as promised and had the job done quickly and professionally. Travis took time to explain what would be done along with the associated costs. He came back to inspect and made sure I got what was promised. Fast forward a couple of years and I contacted Travis again to get the exterior of my house painted. Travis and his paint crew did not disappoint. I could not be more pleased. He and his crew once again took care of the job as promised. It is very rare these days to find a company that does not try to take advantage of a single woman. Travis treated me fairly and respectfully and for that I am grateful!!
